Individual Mental Performance Sessions

Service Description

These sessions are tailored to focus entirely on the individual athlete’s goals, challenges, and growth. Mental performance, like physical training, requires consistency and intention—especially since progress isn’t always visible at first. An initial 12-week package is offered, which will include either 1 or 2 sessions per month. Afterwards, services will be charged monthly in order to allow continuous communication between the client and myself. To make your journey more structured and effective, every athlete receives: 1.) Mental Performance Evaluation 2.) A Mental Performance Profile 3.) A Custom Mental Training Plan 4.) One-on-one Sessions 5.) Mental Drills 6.) Text Communication 7.) Accountability Check-ins 8.) Weekly Goal-Setting 9.) Pre/Post-Competition Analysis These tools outline which mental skills to train and how much time to dedicate weekly—making mental training easier to follow and more results-driven.
